Types of Licenses
Cultivation
• No more than 5 cultivation licenses to be issued in each public health district
Dispensary
• Under the law, regulators will license up to 32 dispensary providers and up to five marijuana cultivators.
Associated Fees
Cultivation:
• Applicants shall provide proof of assets or a surety bond in the amount of $1,000,000.00, and proof of at least $500,000.00 in liquid assets.
• Application fee – $15,000, $7,500 refundable
• Cultivation facility license fee of $100,000.00
• Performance bond in the amount of $500,000.00
Renewal
• Annual renewal fee of $100,000.00
• Applicants shall provide proof of assets or a surety bond in the amount of $200,000.00 and proof of at least $100,000.00 in liquid assets.
Dispensary
• Applicants shall provide proof of assets or a surety bond in the amount of $200,000.00 and proof of at least $100,000.00 in liquid assets.
• Each application for a dispensary license shall include an application fee of $7,500.00, $3,750.00 of the initial application fee shall be refunded if not accepted
• Dispensary license fee of $15,000.00
• Performance bond in the amount of $100,000.00

• Patients are required to obtain legitimate medical records or documentation from their primary care physician describing the diagnosis of their qualifying condition
• Patients in Arkansas diagnosed with one or more of the “debilitating medical conditions”, are afforded legal protection under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment
• Patients are required to obtain a signed Physician’s Statement from a physician, currently licensed to practice medicine in Arkansas
