Wisconsin in other conservative cannabis state that allows its residents to use CBD oils for treatment of seizures, but does not allow it’s residents to access the product through in-state distribution. July 1, 2015, HB 32 became law after Gov. Matt Mead neither signed the bill nor vetoed it, allowing the use of hemp extract that contains at least 15% CBD and no more than 0.3% THC for the treatment of intractable epilepsy.

Wyoming’s HB 32, which took effect in July 2015, establishes a registration process which allows a neurologist to recommend CBD cannabis extracts to a patient suffering from intractable epilepsy or seizure disorders
• This law extends legal protections to some patients using some high CBD extractions.

A patient must also submit proof of residency and a $150 application fee
